We specialize in delivering innovative, reliable, and sustainable logistics services to a diverse clientele, leveraging a fleet of over 90 electric vehicles and more than 120 biker vehicles. These Terms outline the rules, responsibilities, and obligations for both Champion Logistics Service and the users of our services ("you" or "Client"). By engaging with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Definitions

• "Client":Any individual, business, or entity that engages Champion Logistics Service for courier or logistics solutions.
• "Services":All logistics and courier services provided by Champion Logistics Service, including but not limited to package delivery, transportation, and supply chain management.
• "Website":The official website of Champion Logistics Service, used to provide information about our services and facilitate service requests.
• "Goods":Any items, packages, or materials entrusted to us for transportation or delivery.
• "Electric Vehicles": The eco-friendly vehicles in our fleet, used to provide sustainable logistics solutions.
• "Biker Vehicles": Motorcycles or similar vehicles used by our riders for delivery services.

Champion Logistics Service provides courier and logistics solutions tailored to meet the needs of our clients, including top companies like Flipkart, Swiggy, and Mantra. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Same-day and next-day delivery services.
• Eco-friendly transportation using electric vehicles.
• Last-mile delivery solutions with biker vehicles.
• Customized logistics solutions for e-commerce and retail businesses.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a Client, you agree to:

• Provide Accurate Information : Ensure all information provided to us, including delivery addresses, contact details, and Goods descriptions, is accurate and complete.
• Proper Packaging : Package all Goods securely to prevent damage during transportation. We are not liable for damages due to improper packaging.
• Compliance with Laws : Ensure that the Goods comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including restrictions on prohibited items (e.g., hazardous materials, illegal substances).
• Payment : Pay all applicable fees for services rendered in accordance with our pricing structure and payment terms.

6. Prohibited Items

Champion Logistics Service does not transport the following items:

• Hazardous materials (e.g., explosives, flammable substances).
• Illegal substances or items prohibited by law.
• Perishable goods without proper packaging or refrigeration.
• Live animals or plants.
• High-value items such as cash, jewelry, or precious metals, unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

7. Fees and Payment

• Service Fees:Fees for our services are determined based on factors such as distance, weight, dimensions, and delivery urgency. A detailed quote will be provided before service confirmation.
• Payment Terms:Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed terms, which may include advance payments or post-delivery invoicing for corporate clients.
• Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional charges or interest as per applicable laws.
• Refunds:Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our refund policy, available upon request.

8. Delivery and Liability

• Delivery Timelines:While we strive to meet delivery timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or vehicle issues may cause delays. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.
• Loss or Damage:Our liability for loss or damage to Goods is limited to the declared value of the Goods or a maximum amount as specified in our insurance policy, whichever is lower. Clients are encouraged to purchase additional insurance for high-value items.
• Proof of Delivery:Delivery is deemed complete upon receipt of the Goods by the designated recipient or at the specified delivery address.

9. Eco-Friendly Commitment

Champion Logistics Service is committed to sustainability. Our fleet includes over 90 electric vehicles and more than 120 biker vehicles designed to minimize environmental impact. While we strive to maintain eco-friendly operations, Clients acknowledge that certain deliveries may require non-electric vehicles based on operational needs.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, designs, text, and images, is the property of Champion Logistics Service or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.

11. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal or business information provided to us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined therein.

12. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services to any Client who:

• Violates these Terms.
• Provides false or misleading information.
• Fails to make timely payments.
• Engages in illegal or unethical activities.

13. Force Majeure

Champion Logistics Service is not liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, or technical failures. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Clients and resume services as soon as possible.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in West District Court, Delhi, India governed by the laws of India.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Champion Logistics Service, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, improper packaging, or illegal Goods.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Champion Logistics Service’s total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by the Client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business opportunities.

17. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to inform Clients of significant changes that may affect ongoing services.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal actions or proceedings arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in West District Court, Delhi, India.
